The lucky 13-16-year-old will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join lead anchor Jake Humphrey to pre-record an interview for a segment of the show on 17 May.
Please Note: The competition is not open to BT employees or their families.
The winning entrant will be able to bring his or her family and friends to watch the showpiece game. Runners-up will receive FA Cup semi-final tickets and football shirts signed by the BT Sport presenting team.

Jake, who is one of the judges for the competition, said: "We want to celebrate the tournament by unearthing future talent and great stories, by giving youth an opportunity to join in with BT Sport.
"This could be a great moment for one lucky girl or boy. I cannot wait to view the entries and present with that winner on FA Cup Final day."
Entries must be submitted by midnight (GMT) on 17 February, and a four-candidate shortlist will be drawn up by 20 February. The finalists will be invited to attend a judging morning at BT Sport's studios at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 3 April
