If you like owls, then you're in for a treat. The St Elizabeth Hospice has organised the BIG HOOT event in Ipswich based on the success of the pigs and elephants and this year it's owls.
Brian Harvey took up the challenge once again on behalf of Suffolk Scouts and he and his team have painted a Little Hoot which can now be seen on the Hoot Art Trail at point 5 on the map in the Buttermarket in Ipswich.
